SortMyHouse.ie is a property services marketplace that connects property buyers in Ireland with vetted service professionals ("Suppliers"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

SortMyHouse.ie is not a regulated financial advisor, solicitor, or professional services firm. We are an introductory platform only.

SortMyHouse.ie provides a free matching service for property buyers. When you submit a quote request, we may share your contact details with one or more Suppliers who offer the service in your area. There is no obligation to proceed with any quote received.

We do not guarantee that a match will be found for every request, or that any quote provided by a Supplier will be accepted. Quotes and pricing are provided directly by Suppliers and are entirely their responsibility.

By submitting a quote request, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You consent to your contact details being shared with matched Suppliers
• You understand this is a free, no-obligation matching service

Suppliers listed on SortMyHouse.ie agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services, qualifications, and pricing
• Hold all required licences, insurance, and registrations for their trade or profession
• Contact matched buyers promptly and professionally
• Not use buyer contact details for any purpose other than responding to the specific quote request
• Comply with all applicable Irish and EU laws when providing their services

SortMyHouse.ie reserves the right to suspend or remove any Supplier listing at our sole discretion.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, structural, or professional advice of any kind. Information published on SortMyHouse.ie (including blog posts and guides) is for general informational purposes only. Always seek independent professional advice before making property decisions.

SortMyHouse.ie acts solely as an introductory platform. We are not a party to any contract between a buyer and a Supplier, and we accept no liability for:

• The quality, suitability, or outcome of any service provided by a Supplier
• Any dispute between a buyer and a Supplier
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this site
• Temporary unavailability of the platform

Our total liability to you in connection with this service is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

All content on SortMyHouse.ie — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of SortMyHouse.ie or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of linked sites and accept no liability for them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
